What to know before you book.

We have a 20 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 20 minutes after your reservation time.
We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

All cancelations or booking changes within 24 hours of your booking have to be emailed to info@bardeco.com.au.

Failing to do so could result in a no-show charge. 

​

Bar Deco will charge a no-show charge to any unotified booking changes to their discretion.

We dislike having a strict policy but as a small food & drink retail, we have no choice.

Example 1: You book a table of 4 and one person cancels, we do not charge since the same table is occupied.

​

Example 2: You book a table that requires multiple tables pushed together, e.g. a table of 6 made out of 2 tables of 4.

2 people cancel resulting in a loss of a table of 4, you will be charged for 3 no-shows.
